I’ve been really interested in this topic for a while. It made sense to me that bringing kindness into our workplaces would have a positive impact on employee performance; it just seemed like it should. But I wasn’t entirely sure how to put it into words until I asked around. I asked my friends, and made posts online: “how would kindness at work affect your performance there?”
